Service Description

Hanna-Reet Ruul is an Estonian folk musician and world music enthusiast. She is currently pursuing a master's degree, studying southern Estonian folk songs. Her other great love is Ireland and Irish music. In the fall of 2022, she traveled to Ireland to live for a year to study Irish fiddle playing under Siobhán Peoples, daughter of the legendary Tommy Peoples, and Irish folk singing with Dr. Róisín Ní Ghallóglaigh. Róisín, Hanna-Reet and Anne-Mai Park are today a trio whose debut album "Iiri-Eesti Lauluvägi", released in the summer of 2025, received nominations in two categories at the Etnokulp gala that year. In August 2025, she was also a mentor at the first Ethno Ireland camp.
